As Recruiter of Workstead, you have a key role in connecting the right talent with the vacancies of our clients. Using the best recruitment channels and social media platforms, you attract ideal candidates who match our clients’ needs. With your decisive and social attitude, you ensure the perfect match between temporary employees and the client.
What you’ll be doing
- Crafting compelling job postings: You know exactly how to write engaging and effective job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network: You actively search for new talent and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Conducting initial interviews: You assess skills, experience, and motivation through structured interviews, selecting the best candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinating large-scale recruitment processes: Coordinating large-scale recruitment processes for our clients, ensuring a smooth and structured process.

Who are you
As Recruiter, you are flexible, decisive, and feel responsible for ensuring that everything concerning our temporary employeesis arranged down to the last detail. You handle situations with expertise, both with regard to clients as well as our temporary employees.
Here’s what makes you the ideal candidate
- Experience as Recruiter in the staffing INDUSTRY: You already have experience in the staffing branch, so you will quickly find your way in this dynamic environment.
- Customer focus and independence: You like to work customer-oriented and have a keen eye for their needs. You can work independently and know how to take initiative where necessary.
- Strong communication skills: Your communication style is clear and convincing, with a good dose of empathy. You know how to steer conversations in a pleasant way and make sure everyone feels understood, even when dealing with difficult subjects or under pressure.
- Language skills: You have a good command of Polish, which is essential for putting our Polish temporary employees at ease. You also speak Dutch or English, so you can communicate well with clients and colleagues.
- Driving license: You have a driving license, which gives you the flexibility to easily travel to clients, locations and accompany our temporary employees where necessary.
- You live in the Renswoude area: You live in the area, which means you can switch gears quickly and are always nearby to pick things up immediately.
