Job description
As a Recruiter at Workstead, you are responsible for filling our vacancies on a daily basis. You know how to use the right recruitment channels and social media platforms to attract the ideal candidates. With your decisive and social attitude, you will effectively match the needs of our clients with those of our temporary workers.
 
Some of your responsibilities:

• Creating and managing engaging job postings;
• Establishing and nurturing a network of candidates;
• Conducting initial interviews;
• Pakkende vacatureteksten schrijven;
• Managing bulk recruitment for our clients.

 
You will work in a great team, in which we believe it is important that you feel comfortable and fit in well! We will offer you the opportunity to develop within Corporate Recruitment.

Additionally, we help you to fully understanding the tasks and responsibilities through training and courses.

• A position for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• A job with the prospect of a permanent contract;
• Salary between €2300 and €2800 gross per month (depending on experience);

• You have strong communication skills and can motivate and persuade;
• You are proficient in the following languages: Polish and English;
