Are you a born leader with commercial flair? As Branch Manager, you are the face of our company and the link between customers, colleagues and international staff.
You inspire and motivate your team to achieve successful results together, where customer satisfaction is key. With your coaching style, you lift the branch to a higher level and ensure strong commercial growth.
What will you do as an enthusiastic branch manager?
- Managing and coaching the team: You will ensure daily contact, motivate your team and make adjustments where necessary in order to deliver the best performance.
- Maintain daily overview: You will check that all operational matters, such as planning, contracts, workflow, accommodation and absenteeism, are properly taken care of.
- Managing vacancies: You ensure that open vacancies are known in a timely manner and monitor progress.
- Checking bed occupancy: Together with the Business Unit Manager, you oversee bed occupancy and ensure efficient planning.
- Bringing in new customers: You actively build a strong network and acquire new customers.
- Maintain and expand relationships: You will ensure lasting relationships and recognize opportunities for growth.
- Monitoring KPIs: You monitor customer performance and ensure targets are met.
- Recognizing customer needs: You understand what the customers needs are and offer appropriate solutions.
- Establish and monitor branch plan: You make plans and ensure that targets are met together with your team.
- Managing driver hours and resources: You monitor the hours of drivers, cars and bikes to ensure optimal deployment.
- Responding to market developments: You ‘keep an eye’ on the market and anticipate opportunities and trends.
- Contributing to strategy development: You actively contribute to Workstead’s strategy and growth.
In close cooperation with the business unit manager, you determine the goals and develop smart strategies to exceed them. You know what is going on with the client by actively and proactively engaging in conversations: you evaluate, think ahead and come up with concrete solutions and fresh ideas. In this way, you ensure that vacancies are filled perfectly and with your excellent service clients will come back to you.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in staffing or business services.
- Language skills: You are fluent in Polish and Dutch or English.
- Experience: if you already have experience in the staffing industry, this is of added value.
